Internship Departments and Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process

LESCO’s selection is merit-based, calculated as:

• For Master’s Students:
• 50% weightage to Master’s marks
• 30% to Bachelor’s marks
• 15% to Intermediate
• 5% to Matriculation
• For Bachelor’s Students:
• 70% weightage to Bachelor’s marks
• 25% to Intermediate
• 5% to Matriculation

Salary & Benefits Analysis

Interns receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 30,000 per month. While this is an internship, the real “pay” is the experience of working with Punjab’s largest power distributor.
