Interview Panel & Marks Distribution
According to the STI policy, the interview holds a total of 5 Marks. To secure your seat, you must aim to get all 5 marks.
Who will conduct your interview?
The interview panel will consist of three members:
- Chairman: The Principal, Headmaster, or Headmistress of the school.
- Member (For Primary/Elementary Level): Assistant Education Officer (AEO).
- Member (For High/Higher Secondary Level): Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO).
- Third Member: A person nominated by the DDO.
Required Documents Checklist
You must bring the Original documents along with a complete set of Photocopies arranged in a file. If you miss any of these, your interview may not be conducted.
- Original CNIC: This is mandatory to prove your nationality. If the original is unavailable, bring the NADRA token.
- Original Domicile:
- For Married Women: If your new domicile isn’t ready, you can present your husband’s domicile.
- Others: Your own valid domicile is required.
- Resume / CV: Bring a printout of the same CV you used while applying (containing your email, phone number, and address).
- Educational Documents: Original Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees/transcripts/result cards.
- Professional Qualification (Important):
- If you have a B.Ed, M.Ed, or M.A Education degree, you must bring it.
